Casper Chase Fallen Soldiers Memorial 5K has established a scholarship fund honoring the memories of every fallen soldier from Wyoming in the war against terrorism.
These scholarships are sent to the community colleges nearest where the soldier hailed from. Many of the scholarships stay right here at Casper College.
To raise money for these scholarships, the Windy City Striders will hold Hilltop National Bank’s Casper Chase Fallen Soldiers Memorial 5K immediately prior to the start of the Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo Parade every year.
